Recorded delivery courier?
Yes, your delivery will be sent by First class recorded mail courier. Therefore someone needs to be in to sign for the parcel otherwise it may get returned back to us or even delay receipt of your order. Please note that that a signature will be required and make sure that you choose the correct delivery address for your delivery address.

On the payment it’s asking for security code, where can I find this?
The security code is displayed at the back of your credit or debit card. This is the last 3 digits currently displayed just above the signature strip.
What Currency are your prices in and other charges Customers May Incur From Outside The UK?
As a registered UK company all of our prices are listed in pound sterling (GBP) Any purchases from your card will be charged in sterling by your bank, this will then be converted back into your local currency by your bank. To find out further information it is advisable to contact your card issuer.Additional charges may be incured from customers who purchase an item from us who are not resident of the United Kingdom. This is for example from the customers bank or credit card company who may charge them a fee for buying in British Pounds. The company will not be held responsible for this and whereas we do not have any stock and issue a refund, we will not be liable to reinburse you for that fee.
My shoes are out of stock, do I get a refund?
If your shoes are out of stock, we will contact you and offer an alternative if it's available, otherwise we will offer a full refund.
How do I change or Cancel my order?
In order to cancel or change your order you will be required to contact our customer service team as soon as possible on 01249 821 332. Please provide them with as much information as possible regarding your order. In the likelihood that your item has already been dispatched from our warehouse and you required a refund you would be charged a £3.50 administration fee. If you wanted an exchange please send your item back to us and we will happily exchange it for you please note that in this instance an administration fee will not be applicable.
Who will deliver my parcel?
The courier responsible for dispatching all of our orders is Royal Mail or UK Mail.
How long does delivery take?
Please note that our standard dispatched time is 3-5 working days. Please note that orders outside of the UK may vary slightly.
About next day delivery service?
Please note that the next day delivery service is only available Mon -Thurs only and if the item is in-stock. If the item is not in-stock we will charge you a standard delivery of £2.99 if it's applicable to your order, and refund you the difference otherwise it's free delivery over the amount of £50.
Can I return my footwear and would I refund be issued if I change my mind?
We will be happy to issue you with a refund or exchange if required. Please note that this will be under the condition that the shoe has been returned in a re-sealable condition with proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt. Please view our return policy on our Terms and Conditions for further information. After 14 days admin fee of £3.50 will be deducted for any refund provided this fee is not applicable for exchanges. Please note that any non UK resident will be liable to an extra postage cost in the likely event of any exchange being requested.
I believe my goods to be faulty, what should I do?
Please contact our Customer Service Team on 01249 821 332 or drop us an email if you suspect that your item is faulty. The goods will be sent to our suppliers for inspection for them to check for any manufacturing defects. If the goods are deemed not to be faulty there will be a charge of £2.99 for the cost of postage. However if the goods are deemed faulty a full refund will be issued or an exchange can be provided.
