Terms and Condition

In this agreement, we are shoesonline4u.co.uk of Masquerade Shoes, Calne, Wiltshire, SN11 0HU and your are the person detailed on the order form.

Making a Purchase

To make a purchase on our site please select the item you would like to purchase on our store and add it onto our shopping cart. Please repeat this process to multiple products if you wish and click onto our shopping cart to complete the order. Please note that at this stage you will be asked for a few details that we will require completing the order.

Your credit card details can currently only be processed through our Sagepay service online. We accept all major credit cards: Switch, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Delta and Electron.

Once payment is made you will receive a confirmation order to confirm your purchase and that we have received your order. This does not indicate that that a contract exists between us.  Please note that this term has been added in order to protect us from errors being made in our pricing for instance accidentally under priced our items. In addition this also applies in the events that we are unable to provide you with the item purchased due to the manufacture no longer being able to supply the product. All products are subject to availability, if your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and may be offered an alternative colour ,later delivery date or a rfull refund will be issued back to you. In an event of a change in price we will always seek to contact the customer to notify them of the change and make sure the price is acceptable.

Delivery Policy

Delivery within mainland UK is currently FREE OF CHARGE on any purchases above £50, If it is under the amount of £50 this will be charged at a rate of £2.99. Shoes are usually dispatched on the day of order if ordered before 09:00am and if in stock otherwise your order will be processed next working day and be dispatched within 3 – 15 working days.  Please note that all of our orders are sent first class recorded delivery. In the odd occasion we are sometime able to upgrade your order to Special delivery FREE OF CHARGE.

Delivery will only be made to the cardholder’s registered address or the cardholders place of work which may need to be verified before despatch.  We will not in any circumstances deliver to any other address, unless the customers has bought an item from us before.

Please note that for any items that are returned to us by Royal Mail as uncollected from their sorting office, we will not provide a second free delivery for customers who would still like the order.  We will contact the customer for the delivery charge before we despatch it a second time. Please note that we do not have any control of the item once it leaves our warehouse, and it is the sole discretion of Royal Mail or DHL when it will be delivered to the customer.

FitFlop Terms And Conditions Of Sale

Please be aware that unfortunately with FitFlop Terms of Sales we are not able to process any orders for FitFlop purchases based outside of the United Kingdom. If we do receive an order from customers outside of the United Kingdom we will cancel the order and refund the money back onto your card. 

Custom Charges

You may be liable to pay import duties from customs (applies to countries outside the European Union). Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Other Paymnet Charges Which May Be Applicable To Customers Outside the United Kingdom

Additional charges may be incurred from customers who purchase an item from us who are not resident of the United Kingdom. This is for example from the customers bank or credit card company  who may charge  them a fee for buying in British Pounds. The company will not be held responsible for this and whereas we do not have any stock and issue a refund, we will not be liable to reimburse you for that fee.  

Fraudelent Transactions

Please be aware that once payment is made on ShoesOnline4u this does not mean a contract exist between us. Once a customer places an order on our website, checks will be made by our payment gateway which is Sage and if the transaction is found to be a high risk transaction the order will be cancelled and the payment will be refunded back onto the customers card. For example checks will be made on the following criterias by sage: (Customers name and if it matches with the cardholders registered address, Frequency of purchase at households etc..).This is done as to protect ourselves from frandelant transactions and because of bad experiences which we have incured from similar situations in the past. 

3D Secure Register your card to make secure online payments

Electronic retailers face unique challenges in accepting cards for payment in the e-commerce environment. Unlike the physical world, there’s no signed sales receipt online and therefore no definitive way for a merchant to dispute a cardholder claim that a purchase wasn’t made. Now, with MasterCard SecureCode, and Visa Securecode there is a way to protect electronic retailers from unauthorised purchases.

Visa Securecode - Verified by Visa provides a way to password-protect credit card usage on the Internet. Simply register your credit card and choose a password. Once you've registered, your password is required when you use your credit card to make Internet purchases at participating merchants. The password identifies you as the cardholder, just as inputting your PIN does when you use your card in a shop. You can also use this link to maintain your Verified by Visa details including Personal Message and to view your receipt history.

Mastercard Securecode - MasterCard SecureCode is initiated on a retailer’s website and interacts with both the cardholder and their card issuer. When your customer comes to pay, a pop-up window appears asking them to enter a unique, personal code that has been registered with their bank. The bank then authenticates the cardholder performing the transaction and provides the electronic retailer explicit evidence of the online purchase.

Warranties

You warrant that the information entered onto the Order Form is true

Where we sell to you under a consumer transaction (as defined by the Consumer Transactions (Restrictions on Statements) Order 1976) your statutory rights are not affected by this agreement.

Returns Policy

In the event of the customer dissatisfaction towards any of our products a refund will be happily issued on the condition that the item has been received within 14 days of your receipt of the goods and that the item is returned in the same conditions and original packaging. In an event of the wrong size or colour been ordered we will happily exchange the product. Please note that we recommend that items returned to us are sent by recorded delivery in order to ensure the delivery of your item. In the unlikely event that we did not receive your item we will not be responsible for this. But the outward shipping cost will be issued FREE OF CHARGE by us to UK customers only.  Please note that any non UK resident will be liable to an extra postage cost in the likely event of any exchange  requested. If we ship the wrong size or colour or there is a problem with the style we will issue a refund in full. 

Please be aware that in the likely hood that any item which isn't sent to us in its original condition, and as a result of which this caused the item to be damaged in any shape or form, the management reserve the full right not to provide you with a refund and you will be liable for the postage cost in sending the item back to you. We expect all items to be sent with a mailing bag or any similar packaging of some sort back to us.

Please note that for our International customers when we receive the shoe, the customer will only be refunded partially as the shipping cost will not be refunded. It will be the customer responsiblity to also incur the outward shipping cost of returning the shoes to us in it's oringinal condition also.  

If you require a refund, you will be obliged to pay the cost of the return shipping. Also we also expect that the goods/box are returned in a condition that we deem acceptable for re-sale.  The box should not be defaced or damaged in any way.

When Returning the product please ensure that your name, address and Invoice number are clearly written on a piece of paper and inserted with the goods. If you require an exchange please give full details of your requirements.

All shoe and foot care products are non returnable, except for the free gifts offered as a part of the deal.

Please be advised that due to the nature of the highly beaded decoration of the Lelli Kelly products, some small beads and trims will become loose during normal wear and tear and are not a manufacturing fault.

Please do not contact us on any other email address or phone number. We aim to reply to your email within 24 hours (Mon-Fri). Upon verifying the offer we will contact you with instructions for purchasing the product at the lower price.

Please note:
We do not price match against seconds, package deals, clearance deals, promotions, sale items, discontinued lines or products listed on eBay, Amazon, other auction/bidding sites or the manufacture of the goods.

Free Gift Offer Policy

Please note that for any item sold on the website that has a free gift offer included with it, the gift must be returned with the original parcel in order to process the refund. If the free gift offer is not returned we reserve the right to charge the consumer a penalty of up to £7 depending on the gifts value.  At the time of booking, whichever colour is available in the self shoe shine polish in the warehouse, this will be despatched to the consumer.

Guarantee

All items are thoroughly checked prior to dispatch and this should reach you undamaged and ready to use. In an unfortunate circumstance whereby the items are received faulty or a fault becomes apparent after wearing, a replacement, refund or a credit note will be issued at the director’s discretion.

If you believe that your goods are faulty please call our customer service number on 01249 82 13 32  or either  on 01249 82 32 32 or email us on sales@shoesonline4u.co.uk .Please note that we will not refund return postage cost unless previously agreed. All goods returned as faulty, will be inspected for manufacturing defects. If deemed faulty a full refund, exchange or credit note will be given. This is not limited to 14 days please contact us for further information.

After inspection if goods are found not to be faulty, any refund will be subject to £3.50 administration charge.

The Consumer Protection (distance selling) regulation 2000 recommended a return of 7 working days within which the consumer can return their goods.

None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer

Credit Card Security

The payment section on our checkout section of our website is held on a secure server. After the address details are entered on the site you will be aware that the next procedure will change the URL to https:// and that the padlock appears on the site, this is a dedicated secure payment capture server provided by and e-commerce security company.

Your credit card details are not held anywhere in clear text on any website.

Tax Charges

20% VAT is added at checkout to all of our products on our website except for kids shoes which do not carry any VAT.
